High-flying Royal Challengers Bengaluru are gearing up to host the pumped-up Punjab Kings in their IPL match on Friday at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. In their last match, RCB continued their stellar form with a dominant win against Rajasthan Royals, and this week they will be eager to carry that momentum into their clash with Punjab Kings. RCB, meanwhile, have found themselves in a tough spot on home turf, having suffered defeats in their last two home matches. And they will be desperate to avoid a hat-trick of losses at home.

Losing at home has been one of the major concerns for them, as they have been unable to outplay the opposition in their backyard. They have been outgunned by Gujarat Titans and Delhi Capitals at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. However, they have shown great determination in away games, winning all four of their away games. Nonetheless, with a pool of talent, RCB will be eager to clinch their first win at home.

On the other hand, Punjab Kings are riding high after a thrilling victory in their last match. In a dramatic finish, they defended a modest total of 111, holding their nerve to clinch a crucial win against KKR. The victory must have injected Punjab with renewed confidence and will give them plenty of belief heading into this game.
