Australia face West Indies in final game, Starc set for 100th Test milestone

As Australia and West Indies turn their attention to the third and final Test starting July 13 in Kingston, all eyes will be on visitors who are poised to complete a dominant 3-0 series sweep. The match carries special significance—not just for the potential whitewash but also as a milestone for Australian pace spearhead Mitchell Starc, who will be playing his 100th Test match. Starc will become the second Australian fast bowler after Glenn McGrath to play 100 Tests. The left-arm quick, who made his Test debut against New Zealand in 2011, has gone on to become a crucial member of Australia's pace attack.

Australia have been in commanding form throughout the series, sealing convincing victories in the first two Tests. Their batting and bowling attack has proven too much for a struggling West Indies side. With the series already in their pocket, the Aussies will be looking to maintain their momentum and close out the series with a statement win.

The West Indies, on the other hand, enter the final Test with pride on the line. The Caribbean side has struggled to find rhythm and consistency, with lapses in both batting and bowling contributing to their defeats. Their challenge now is not just to compete but to salvage something positive from the series.
