GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PROCEDURE
Sportify Technologies LLP has always been committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience to all User(s) of its Website(s) and Mobile Application(s). We firmly believe that the freedom of expression must be exercised responsibly, and therefore, we maintain robust standards for the content made available to our User(s).
To ensure compliance with applicable laws and globally accepted standards, we have proactively established an internal monitoring body — the Content Regulation Department. This department reviews and monitors all content prior to publication.
If any User(s) wishes to register a complaint regarding:
- The content available on our Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) of Cricket Guru; or
- Any breach of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use as published on our Website(s)/Mobile Application(s),
such complaint must clearly include the following details in order for us to take cognizance and initiate appropriate remedial measures:
- Full Name of the Complainant.
- Postal Address, Email ID, and Contact Number of the Complainant.
- Necessary details regarding the content of the matches, tournaments, players, etc., and/or any other relevant information as seen on our Website(s)/Mobile Application(s), or with respect to any breach of the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use.
- Concise and specific details of the complaint/grievance.
All complaints, grievances, or concerns regarding content or breach of the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use must be immediately reported to our designated Grievance Officer, either in writing or via email signed with an electronic/physical signature, at the following address:

Complaints Relating to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
In the event that any complaint is raised against us regarding infringement of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) under applicable laws, the complainant(s) are required to provide the following additional documents/information. Only upon receipt of the same will Cricket Guru take the necessary remedial steps:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the alleged IPR owner for the purposes of the complaint.
- Identification of the IPR work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material on our Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) of Cricket Guru that is claimed to have been infringed or is the subject of infringing activity.
- An affidavit declaring that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the IPR owner, its agent, or is otherwise not permissible under law.
- An affidavit, under penalty of perjury, stating that the information provided in the notice of IPR infringement is accurate, and that the complaining party is duly authorized to act on behalf of the true owner of the IPR allegedly infringed.
