Jordan Cox included in England's squad for Ireland T20Is

England have announced that Jordan Cox has been added to their T20I squad for the upcoming series against Ireland. Cox’s inclusion has come on the back of a sensational campaign in the 2025 Hundred, where he was named Player of the Tournament. He was the tournament's leading run-scorer, amassing 367 runs at an average of 61.16, with a jaw-dropping strike rate of 173.93.

He played a very important role in Oval Invincibles' success as they lifted the trophy for the third consecutive season with a statement 26-run victory over Trent Rockets in the final at Lord's on Sunday. Meanwhile, Cox has previously played three ODIs and two T20Is. England, who will be led by Jacob Bethell, will play three T20Is against Ireland in Dublin on September 17, 19 and 21, respectively.
