Dropped from Pakistan Test squad, Salman Agha makes stunning comeback with triple century
Pakistan batter Salman Agha made a stunning comeback to form nearly two weeks after he was sent back from Pakistan's England tour following a major reshuffle of the Test squad. Agha, appearing for Kingsmen Academy against Markhor IT Solutions at Abbottabad Cricket Stadium in the opening round of the President's Trophy, slammed 300 from 336 deliveries, launching 42 fours and six sixes. His innings helped his side declare at 565/7.

Notably, Agha returned to domestic cricket after Pakistan endured a tumultuous campaign in England, losing the three-match series 3-0. Agha struggled badly during the tour. Against England, he was brought into the side for the first Test at Headingley, where he replaced Babar Azam as a leader after the latter suffered a finger injury.
When Babar returned for the Lord's Test, Aghawas dropped. Following Pakistan's defeats in the first two Tests, PCB took a drastic decision, releasing a group of seven players, while head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed and bowling coach Umar Gul were also removed from their positions. Agha was among the seven players sent home. Meanwhile, this is a spectacular comeback for Agha, who had desperately been struggling to get runs.
