South Africa thrashed Australia by (164) runs in the fourth ODI match of the ongoing five-match series on Friday at Centurion that helped proteas level the series 2-2. David Miller and Heinrich Klaasen’s attacking knocks helped South Africa register a powerful total of (416) in (50) overs after losing five wickets. Both batters had stitched a 222-run partnership to guide the team to a mammoth total. Klaasen scored (174) runs while David Miller remained unbeaten on (82). Rassie van der Dussen also contributed with his 62-run knock. 

Chasing the target, Australia couldn't be in the game after losing their early wickets in the form of David Warner, Marnus Labuschagne and Mitchell Marsh. Travis Head had retired hurt. There was a little hope for Australia to make comeback in the game after Alex Carey played a massive knock of (99) runs but it wasn't enough for Australia as lower-order batters could not stay long. Lungi Ngidi and Kagiso Rabada claimed four and three wickets respectively.
