The first Test match of the two-match series between Bangladesh and New Zealand got underway on Tuesday at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Bangladesh decided to bat after winning the toss with two of their batters Zakir Hasan and Najmul Hossain Shanto losing their wickets after scoring (12) and (37) respectively. However, Mahmudul Hasan Joy remained strong with his solid innings of (42). Mominul Haq too is remaining solid from the other end.
