South Africa announce squad for Pakistan Tests

South Africa have named their 16-member squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against Pakistan, which will get underway from December 26 with the first Test at SuperSport Park, Centurion. Young fast bowler Kwena Maphaka has been added to the squad after his impressive showing in white-ball cricket. 

South Africa are eying a spot in the World Test Championship final as they need a win to secure their place into WTC final. All-rounder Corbin Bosch has also been named into the squad for the first time. Other notable players, who are in the squad, are Matthew Breetzke, Tony de Zorzi, Marco Jansen, Keshav Maharaj, Kwena Maphaka, Aiden Markram and Wiaan Mulder. Temba Bavuma will lead the side.
