The fifth and final T20I of the five-match series between Australia and West Indies is set for Tuesday at Werner Park in St Kitts. Australia, having wrapped up the series 4–0 with four straight wins, will face West Indies, who are seeking to salvage pride. In the last four games, Australia, delivering commanding performances, have been successful in outplaying West Indies.

Mitch Owen made a stunning debut in the 1st T20I at Sabina Park, smashing a 50 off just 27 balls and forming a blistering partnership with Cameron Green (51 off 26) to chase 190 with comfort and helping Australia win the game by 3 wickets.

In the 2nd T20I, Australia claimed an eight-wicket win, riding on Josh Inglis (78* off 33) and Cameron Green's (56* off 32) incredible performance. Both put on a record-breaking unbeaten 131‑run partnership. In the fourth game, Australia again showcased their brilliance to seal a three-wicket win.

On the other hand, West Indies have struggled to build consistency across the series, failing to go all the way. One of the main reasons behind their defeat has been lack of effective bowling partnerships. However, West Indies will be eager to pull one back and avoid the humiliation of a whitewash. Australia, meanwhile, will be eying a 5–0 clean sweep, while the West Indies will aim to restore some pride.
