Esha Oza to lead UAE in Women’s Asia Cup
The United Arab Emirates have named their squad for the upcoming 2026 Women’s Asia Cup, with experienced all-rounder Esha Oza set to lead the side. The UAE have been placed in Group B alongside defending champions Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Indonesia.
The tournament will begin on Friday, August 28, while the UAE will launch their own campaign on August 29, with their opening match being against Sri Lanka on August 29 at the Dubai International Stadium.
The hosts will then meet Indonesia on September 4 before completing their group-stage schedule against Bangladesh on September 8. All of the UAE’s group matches are set to take place in Dubai.
