Sri Lanka and Afghanistan are once again scheduled to lock horns in the third and final ODI match of the series on Wednesday at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. This series has been somewhat positive for Sri Lanka, displaying dominance to rub off the ODI World Cup disappointment. Their comprehensive victories in the first two ODIs have showcased their depth to bounce back strongly.

Led by experienced Kusal Mendis, Sri Lanka have come up with formidable outings with the likes of Pathum Nissanka, Avishka Fernando, Sadeera Samarawickrama and Wanindu Hasaranga

On the other hand, Afghanistan, known for their spirited performances, have posed a set of challenges to Sri Lanka, however they have been unable to outplay the host. The match will get underway at 2:30 PM (IST).
