"He had gone for scans": Prasidh Krishna provides update on Bumrah

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah’s participation on Day three of the ongoing fifth and final Test match against Australia in Sydney is shrouded in uncertainty after injury concerns on Day two on Saturday. The pacer was seen leaving the field mid-play, casting a cloud over his fitness ahead of the crucial day three.
Bumrah bowled only one over after the lunch break when he appeared to experience discomfort. Bumrah promptly left the field and was taken for scans to assess the extent of the issue.
While Bumrah's presence on day three remains unclear, fellow pacer Prasidh Krishna provided an update on Bumrah's injury.
"He had a back spasm. He had gone for scans and the medical team is monitoring him," Prasidh said at his post-match press conference.
India, on the other hand, are carrying a 145-run lead after Rishabh Pant led India's fighback with a blazing score of 61 off 33.
