Indian veteran pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has credited Indian batting maestro Virat Kohli for bringing enormous transformation to India’s Test team. Virat Kohli, who has been the most successful Test captain for India, led the side to so many memorable wins during his time as skipper of the team.

Overall, he led India in 68 Test matches, recording victories in 40 games. Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the ongoing Indian Premier League, remarked that Kohli’s aggressive approach brought about a tremendous change in the team.

"The way Virat captained in the Test cricket, I will give credit that the way transformation happened - All credit goes to Virat, I think the reason for that is the nature of Virat on the ground, he is agressive, in Test cricket and you need that nature because it goes 5 days - that passion rubbed onto everyone" Bhuvneshwar Kumar said in RCB podcast.

In the ongoing IPL, Virat Kohli and Bhuneshwar Kumar have played a key role in taking RCB towards the playoffs. Kohli has blasted 505 runs in 11 innings. While, Kumar has claimed 12 wickets in 10 matches.
