Charith Asalanka will lead Sri Lanka, while star all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga misses out due to a hamstring injury from July’s Bangladesh T20Is.

Zimbabwe return to ODIs after defeating Ireland 2-1 earlier this year. They will be eager to build momentum and challenge Sri Lanka, who recently lost to Bangladesh in a three-match T20I series.
