Women’s ODI World Cup: Alyssa Healy out of Australia's clash with England

Australia women have been dealt a crushing blow ahead of their crucial Women’s ODI World Cup match against arch-rivals England on Wednesday. Captain Alyssa Healy has been ruled out of the match after suffering a minor calf strain during a training session on Saturday, Cricket Australia confirmed in a statement released on Tuesday.
This is a huge setback, as Healy has been in tremendous form, belting out 142 against India and an unbeaten 113 against Bangladesh earlier in the tournament. In Healy’s absence, vice-captain Tahlia McGrath will step up to lead the side. Beth Mooney will assume wicketkeeping duties, as the team looks to maintain their momentum in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Healy will continue to be assessed ahead of Australia's final round game against South Africa, to be played on Saturday. Opener Georgia Voll is likely to replace Healy at the top of the order.
