WPL 2026: Unbeaten Gujarat Giants prepare to face Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians women and Gujarat Giants women are set to face each other in the 6th match of the ongoing Women's Premier League on Tuesday in Navi Mumbai. Both teams will look to build momentum as they head into the match on the back of contrasting results. Gujarat Giants have enjoyed a flying start to their campaign, winning both of their opening games. 

Riding high on momentum, they sit atop the points table unbeaten. They are coming off a nervy four-run win in their last game against Delhi Capitals Women. 

Mumbai Indians Women, on the other hand, have registered a mixed start to their campaign. After a defeat in their opening match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women, Mumbai Indians bounced back to secure a 50-run win in their second game against Delhi Capitals Women. Meanwhile, they are perched second in the points table and would hope to maintain the momentum against Gujarat Giants Women.
