Bangladesh reveal squad for New Zealand ODIs

Bangladesh have opted for an unchanged 15-man squad that recently secured a 2-1 series victory over Pakistan at home for the upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand. The series will begin in Dhaka, with the first two ODIs scheduled for April 17 and 20. The action will then shift to Chattogram, where the third and final match will take place on April 23.
Bangladesh, having momentum on their side after beating Pakistan recently, will look to build on their recent success. All-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz will captain the side. Bangladesh have stuck with a formidable pace attack led by Nahid Rana, Taskin Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman and Shoriful Islam.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh's five players, Nahid Rana, Mustafizur Rahman, Shoriful Islam, Rishad Hossain, and Tanzid Hasan, are currently participating in the Pakistan Super League 2026 season. However, their return is imminent, as they are, as per reports, expected to join the national squad on April 12.
