Josh Inglis to join LSG ahead of MI clash
Lucknow Super Giants have reportedly received a major boost, with in-form batter Josh Inglis set to join the side ahead of their match against Mumbai Indians on May 4. The development comes at a crucial moment for LSG, who are looking to strengthen their middle order after having had a mixed campaign so far. Inglis missed the opening phase of the tournament due to his wedding.
Notably, Inglis got married to his girlfriend and fiancé Megan Kincart in a private ceremony on April 18. However, he is scheduled to land in India before May 4. In the last season, he represented Punjab Kings, scoring 278 runs. Meanwhile, at 2026 auction, he was bought by LSG for INR 8.6 crore after being released by PBKS.
Talking about LSG's IPL 2026 campaign, so far they have had two victories in their last six matches. They are currently sitting in 9th place in the points table. They will next face Rajasthan Royals in Lucknow on April 22.
