Pakistan announce squad for Women’s T20 World Cup 2026

Pakistan have unveiled their 15-member squad for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, with all-rounder Fatima Sana set to captain the side at the global tournament in England and Wales. The squad features a whole host of young players who are set to make their first appearance at a Women’s T20 World Cup. Young talents including Eyman Fatima, Natalia Parvaiz, Saira Jabeen, Rameen Shamim and Tasmia Rubab have all earned places in the squad.
Captain Fatima Sana goes into the tournament in strong form after producing a record-breaking innings against Zimbabwe earlier this week, where she smashed the fastest fifty in Women’s T20 International history. The batting lineup will rely heavily on the experience of Muneeba Ali, Aliya Riaz and Ayesha Zafar, while Pakistan’s spin department will revolve around Nashra Sandhu and Sadia Iqbal.
The pace attack, led by Fatima Sana and Diana Baig, will be expected to play a key role. Before the World Cup begins in June, Pakistan are scheduled to participate in a T20I tri-series involving Ireland and West Indies in Dublin as part of their final preparations. And the same squad will feature in the tri-series.
Pakistan Squad: Fatima Sana (c), Gull Feroza, Ayesha Zafar, Iram Javed, Eyman Fatima, Aliya Riaz, Natalia Parvaiz, Saira Jabeen, Muneeba Ali, Tuba Hassan, Rameen Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, Nashra Sandhu, Diana Baig, Tasmia Rubab.
