Schedule unveiled for Lanka Premier League 2026

Sri Lanka Cricket has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming edition of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2026, scheduled to get underway on July 17, with Jaffna Kings and Galle Marvels set to face each other in the opener at Sinhalese Sports Club.

The tournament, which will feature five teams – Jaffna, Colombo, Kandy, Galle, and Dambulla – will run from July 17 to August 8. There is also a reserve day in place for the final, on August 9. As many as four venues, SSC, Dambulla, Kandy, and Colombo, will stage the competition.
