It was the biggest positive for England to see Ben Stokes notch up his half-century on his return to ODIs after reversing his retirement decision.
Chasing the target, Devon Conway started off well for New Zealand with his century (111*). New Zealand, however, lost middle-order batters Will Young (29) and Henry Nicholls (26) early but Daryl Mitchell alongside Devon Conway (118*) handled the proceedings very well to take the team to the victory.
