New Zealand levelled the two-match Test series 1-1 by beating Bangladesh by four wickets in the second Test match on Saturday at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. Chasing a target of (137), New Zealand went past the target with the partnership coming in from Glenn Phillips and Mitchell Santner scoring (40*) and (35*) respectively to propel the side to level the series 1-1. New Zealand had bowled out Bangladesh for (144) in their second innings that helped Bangladesh to hand only 137-run target to New Zealand. Earlier, Bangladesh had won the toss and decided to bat as they had scored (172) in their first innings. In their first innings, New Zealand had scored (180).
