As the third and final Test match between England and Sri Lanka approaches, both teams are gearing up to outperform each other for their particular purposes. For the final Test, England have announced their playing XI, which includes a notable inclusion, Josh Hull, a young star, who is set to make his England debut in the third Test at The Oval. He will come in for Matthew Potts as England have only made one change to their playing XI.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka will enter the final Test with the objective of improving their performance and regaining some respect. After losing the first two Tests, Sri Lanka have faced challenges both in terms of team performance and individual contributions.
