In the seventh match of the ongoing SA20, Pretoria Capitals will be clashing with Sunrisers Eastern Cape on Tuesday at SuperSport Park, Centurion. Pretoria Capitals’ last game, which was against Durban Super Giants, was abandoned due to heavy rainfall. Each team received two points. 

Meanwhile, they are yet to win a game in the ongoing tournament after suffering defeat in their first match. Heading into their third match, Capitals would eye their first victory of the tournament. 

Defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape, on the other hand,   having suffered defeats in their opening two games, have been going through rocky times. After slumping to their second successive defeat, Sunrisers Eastern Cape are at the bottom of the points table. In their last game, they were thrashed by Paarl Royals. So far, they are also winless as they would look forward to recording their first victory of the ongoing tournament.
