AUS-W vs ENG-W 3rd ODI: Australia look to put England under the pump

Australia and England women are set to lock horns in the third and final ODI, set to be held on Friday at Bellerive Oval, Hobart. Australia, leading the three-match series 2-0, have already secured the series but will be eager to complete a whitewash. On the other hand, England Women, who have struggled in the first two games, will be determined to salvage pride and end on a high note.
On their home turf, Australia have showcased their dominance in the last two games. In the first ODI, Australia recorded a four-wicket win. And, in the second match, they were powered to a 21-run victory by their bowlers Alana King and Kim Garth, who took four and three wickets respectively.
For England, the series has been a tough challenge. They have failed to deliver as a cohesive unit. Their batting order has been inconsistent, and their bowlers, too, have struggled to contain Australia’s power-packed line-up, allowing them to dictate terms in both matches. However, they would hope to challenge Australia in the final ODI and finish the series on a high note.
