Having already registered two defeats, Zimbabwe are in panic mode as they gear up to face South Africa in the fourth match of the ongoing T20I tri-series on Sunday in Harare. Both sides met in the series opener, where South Africa chased down Zimbabwe’s total to win by 5 wickets. Debutant Rubin Hermann propelled the Proteas’ innings with a fluent knock of 45, helping them secure a confident victory.

Zimbabwe lost to New Zealand in their last outing, suffering an eight-wicket defeat at Harare Sports Club. South Africa were also taken down by New Zealand in their last game, losing by 21 runs. Going into this match, Zimbabwe will be eager to redeem themselves after consecutive defeats.

South Africa, on the other hand, eye a strong response to avoid moving further down in the points table. This clash will be particularly important for both teams to cement their chances for a potential final appearance.
