CPL 2025 Qualifier 1: Saint Lucia Kings face Guyana Amazon Warriors with finals spot on the line

Saint Lucia Kings and Guyana Amazon Warriors will be battling it out in Qualifier 1 of the ongoing Caribbean Premier League 2025, scheduled to be played on Thursday (5:30 AM IST, SEP 18) at Providence Stadium, Guyana. Both Amazon Warriors and Saint Lucia Kings have stormed into Qualifier 1 on the back of their staggering campaign in the tournament. Lucia Kings are topping the points table with five victories in 10 games. During their group stage clashes, they suffered three defeats, while their two games ended in no result.
Guyana Amazon Warriors, on the other hand, are perched second in the points table, having six victories and four defeats in 10 games. They have 12 points and a positive NRR of +0.629. They will enter this game on the back of a thumping victory against Barbados Royals in their last game. The winner of this game will advance to the final, while the loser will get a second chance to book a spot in the final by facing Trinbago Knight Riders in Qualifier 2.
