Pakistan Shaheens edged Bangladesh A in a tense, low-scoring thriller that went into a Super Over at the Asia Cup Rising Stars final in Doha, Qatar. The match, which witnessed intense moments, ultimately belonged to the Shaheens following a brilliant spell from fast bowler Ahmed Daniyal. Defending just six runs in the 20th over, Daniyal bowled with remarkable calm and discipline, pushing the contest into a Super Over.

The drama only intensified from there. Tasked with defending another six in the Super Over, Daniyal rose to the occasion once more. He removed Abdul Gaffar Saqlain with his second ball before producing a superb delivery to clean bowl Jishan Alam, restricting Bangladesh A to just 6 runs. Chasing seven for victory, Saad Masood and Maaz Sadaqat took only four balls to seal the win, scoring 5 and 1 unbeaten, respectively.

Earlier, Pakistan A, asked to bat, were bowled out for 125, with Arafat Minhas and Saad Masood firing 25 and 38, respectively. In reply, Bangladesh finished at 125/9.

Pakistan bowlers Arafat Minhas, Saad Masood, Maaz Sadaqat and Sufiyan Muqeem were instrumental in derailing Bangladesh's chase. Sufiyan Muqeem picked up three wickets, while Arafat Minhas and Ahmed Daniyal took two wickets each. Saad Masood and Maaz Sadaqat claimed one wicket each.
