David Miller blazed the winning runs as Delhi Capitals sealed a narrow six-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday. Chasing a target of 176, DC found themselves in a tense situation heading into the final over, needing 15 runs to seal the match. That’s when David Miller stepped up. He turned the game decisively, launching Romario Shepherd for two big sixes to finish things off in style. He remained unbeaten on 22 off 10.

The foundation for the chase was laid earlier by KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs. Rahul anchored the chase with a steady 57, while Stubbs scored 60 unbeaten. Earlier, after being asked to bat, Bengaluru’s innings never fully gathered sustained momentum despite a strong start from Phil Salt. He scored a brisk 63 in 38 balls, giving the home side early impetus.

However, the rest of the batting lineup struggled to contribute. Delhi’s bowlers played a key role in restricting RCB to 175/8. Skipper Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav and Lungi Ngidi took two wickets each.
