Momina Riasat receives maiden ODI call-up as Pakistan name squad for Zimbabwe ODIs
Pakistan have declared their 15-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI assignment against Zimbabwe, set to be played from May 4. The side will be captained by Fatima Sana amid the presence of a whole host of regular performers in the form of Muneeba Ali, Nashra Sundhu, Sidra Amin and Aliya Riaz.
Meanwhile, Momina Riasat has been handed a maiden ODI call-up. Pakistan, who are coming off a 2-1 series defeat against South Africa in a three-match ODI series, will hope to turn things around in home conditions. Notably, the series is part of the Women's Championship 2025-2029, and Pakistan are currently placed fifth in the points table with two points after securing a win in the ODI series against South Africa. The three ODIs will be played on 4, 6 and 9 May, respectively, at the National Bank Stadium Karachi. The ODIs will be followed by a three-match T20I series, set to be held on 12, 14 and 15 May, respectively, at the same venue.
