India are set to take on Sri Lanka in the opening Test of the high-stakes two-match series, beginning on Saturday in Galle. The road to the World Test Championship final is becoming tougher for India with each passing day as they desperately look to stamp their authority on the Lankan soil. India go into the series on the back of a crushing 2-0 home defeat against South Africa, whereas Sri Lanka will be eager to thrive in home conditions after losing their recent series in West Indies.
