India restricted Australia to 191/9 in 20 overs in their chase of a 235-run total put up by India after being put into bat by Australian skipper Matthew Wade. For Australia, Steve Smith (19) and Matthew Short (19) gave Australia a great start but their wickets put Australia on the back foot, moreover the wickets of Josh Inglis (2) and Glenn Maxwell (12) compounded the problems for Australia. However, Tim David and Marcus Stoinis brought the situation under control with their fiery knocks of (37) and (45) but it couldn’t be enough as Australia continued to lose their wickets at regular intervals.
