PAK-W vs SA-W T20Is: All you need to know, squads, head to head

Ahead of the upcoming T20I World Cup 2024, Pakistan Women and South Africa Women are gearing up to face off in the first T20I of their three-match series, to be played on Monday at Multan Cricket Stadium, Multan. Both teams would be eager to start the series on a high note, considering the upcoming T20I World Cup event.
Pakistan will be captained by new T20I skipper Fatima Sana, who replaced Nida Dar. Nida Dar recently led Pakistan Women to the semi-final of the Women Asia Cup, which was held in Sri Lanka.
South Africa Women, on the other hand, come into the series with a formidable squad. Laura Wolvaardt will be leading the side in the presence of strong players such as Tazmin Brits, Nadine de Klerk, and Annerie Dercksen. With a squad rich in experience, South Africa Women are well-positioned to assert their dominance.
For Pakistan, players like Muneeba Ali (wk), Nashra Sundhu, and Nida Dar will be crucial. Dar's all-round abilities and consistent batting make her a key asset in Pakistan's T20 setup. However, all players' performances will hold importance in Pakistan’s competitive fight against South Africa.
