England name squads for New Zealand white‑ball tour

England have unveiled their squads for the upcoming limited‑overs tour of New Zealand, scheduled to begin on October 18, 2025. Harry Brook will captain in both formats, marking one of his early assignments as England’s white‑ball captain. Notable returns include Sam Curran and Liam Dawson. Luke Wood, having impressed in recent T20 matches, also earns a spot in the ODI squad. One of the headline selections is Zak Crawley, who earns his maiden call‑up in T20Is, having earlier represented England in Tests and ODIs.
The squads also include familiar names such as Jos Buttler, Phil Salt, and and Adil Rashid. The tour begins with three T20Is starting 18 October in Christchurch, and the three ODIs will follow, concluding in Wellington on 1 November.
