New Zealand confirm squad for U19 World Cup
New Zealand have confirmed a 15-member squad for the 2026 ICC Men’s Under-19 World Cup, set to be jointly hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia. The experienced squad, which will be led by Tom Jones, features five players already having domestic caps. Tom Jones himself has been one of the standout performers in the lead-up to the tournament.
Last month, Jones marked his first-class debut for Otago in style, scoring a century against Wellington. He is one of three players in the squad who featured at the 2024 Under-19 World Cup.
The side is also bolstered by the likes of Snehith Reddy, wicketkeeper Aryan Mann, fast bowler Mason Clarke, and bowling all-rounder Jaskaran Sandhu.
