Pakistan reveal squad for Australia ODIs

Pakistan have named their squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Australia, with Haris Rauf and Babar Azam being included in the 16-member outfit. Pacer Shaheen Afridi will lead the side, and all-rounder Salman Agha will serve as his deputy. The squad also includes some notable names such as Abrar Ahmed, Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan and Sahibzada Farhan. 

As per the PCB, wicketkeeper-batter Usman Khan was not considered for selection due to injury, and Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub were also ruled out following their respective injuries. Meanwhile, Ahmed Daniyal, Arafat Minhas and Rohail Nazir, who have all played T20Is, are uncapped in ODIs. Notably, senior batter Mohammad Rizwan was left out of the squad. 

The first ODI will be held on May 30 in Rawalpindi, followed by the second and third in Lahore on June 2 and June 4, respectively.
