Namibia to host Zimbabwe and South Africa for T20I Tri-Series

Namibia are set to host South Africa and Zimbabwe in a T20I Tri-Series, scheduled to be held later this month from 28 August to 6 September. Following the Tri-Series, Namibia will host South Africa in a three-match ODI series, which will serve as a great platform in their preparations for the upcoming 2027 ODI World Cup, which will jointly be hosted by South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Both the Tri-Series and ODIs will be held at Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek.
“We are immensely grateful to Cricket South Africa and Zimbabwe Cricket for their commitment to this series, which reflects the strong partnership and shared vision to grow cricket across the African continent,” Cricket Namibia Johan Muller said in a statement.
CSA CEO Pholetsi Moseki also expressed excitement to be part of the series.
“We are excited to be part of this white-ball tour, which not only further demonstrates our commitment to strengthening the game in our neighbouring countries, but also builds excitement ahead of next year’s Cricket World Cup," Pholetsi Moseki said.

29 August - South Africa v Zimbabwe
31 August - Namibia v Zimbabwe
1 September - Zimbabwe v South Africa
3 September - Namibia v Zimbabwe
4 September - Namibia v South Africa
