In the second ODI match of the ongoing three-match series, South Africa will face Afghanistan on Friday at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Afghanistan lead the series 1-0 after securing a historic victory in the first match, marking their first-ever win against South Africa in an international game. The victory for Afghanistan must have boosted their confidence and put them in a strong position to potentially clinch the series.

South Africa, on the other hand, will be looking to bounce back and level the series. Their robust players Aiden Markram, Reeza Hendricks and Tristan Stubbs will be expected to step up and help the side level the series. Afghanistan, meanwhile, will again be up for the challenge and prove their mettle.
