West Indies created history on Tuesday with a stunning 202-run victory over Pakistan in the third and final ODI, sealing their first bilateral ODI series win against the men in green in nearly 34 years. The unstoppable Caribbean side, continuing with their incredible form, delivered a commanding all-round performance to wrap up the series 2-1. The victory marks a notable milestone for West Indies in their cricketing resurgence, as this is their first ODI series win against Pakistan since 1991.

After being put in to bat, West Indies put out a magnificent total of 294/6 in 50 overs. They were powered to a competitive total by captain Shai Hope, who smashed a fluent 120* off 94 balls, which included 10 boundaries and 5 sixes. Roston Chase and Justin Greaves also helped with 36 and 43*, respectively.

In response, Pakistan never got going, as they started losing wickets from the very first over. Their openers Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafique departed for ducks. Early wickets from Jayden Seales and left-arm spinner Gudakesh Motie left the visitors under tremendous pressure. Surprisingly, there was no resistance from Pakistan batters as they were bowled out for 92 in 29.2 overs. Jayden Seales returned with six wickets while Motie took two wickets.
